Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2 to 3 days for your order to process and we'll email you to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

We choose to partner with reputable manufacturing and production suppliers based in international facilities located in Germany, USA and China. Expected shipping timeframes to Australia are within 9 - 21 days. 

We offer a $7.95 AUD per order flat rate shipping Australia-wide, with free shipping on orders over $75. Please note items may come together or in separate packages, depending on your chosen pieces. Shipping charges for your order will displayed at checkout.

When your order/s are shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and a link to track directly. Please note shipping times may vary due to customs clearance and other variables.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@themeaningfulco.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please also note that we cannot accept returns for customised or personalised items. Please contact us at info@themeaningfulco.com.au if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
